Kneffes instructions

  1. Verser la farine dans un saladier, ajouter les oeufs 2 par 2. Mélanger le tout. Ajouter un peu d'eau ou de lait. La pâte doit être souple (ni sèche, ni liquide).
  2. Faire frémir une grande quantité d'eau salée, éventuellement agrémentée d'un cube de bouillon si vous voulez.
  3. Prendre 2 petites cuillères, les plonger dans l'eau, puis déposer dans l'eau frémissante des petites boules de pâte. Cela cuit vite et remonte à la surface. Si l'on cuit trop, la pâte dessèche et c'est moins bon!.
  4. Egouter le tout… et accommoder à votre façon (voir l'intro!). Ce féculent peut aussi très bien accompagner une viande en sauce, une palette fumée (pour rester dans le thème vosgien!) etc….
